Whats the song in lords of dogtown where jay adams is cutting his hair??? please responed?

I've included two lists here. The first is the available soundtrack. The second is all of the music that was included in the movie (some of which is not included on the soundtrack). I don't remember which song it was (exactly) though I just watched/listened to this movie on Sunday. It may be "Steppin' Razor" though...
