Ok I have dirty blonde hair ( sometimes it looks like I have brown hair) a heartshape face, blue eyes my hair is pretty long and right now hair hair is just split down the middle and nothing is done to it so I have like a blank canvas any idea's.

Careful with framing your face, being it heartshaped. Get a good stylist. I'd do a few long bangs, nothing cut above the nostril, long layers, and try a new part.
Sometimes all it takes is parting our hair elsewhere to fall in love with it again.

You should talk to a cosmotologist and get their opinion, they are the ones who are well qualified to help in this matter. Otherwise go get a spiral curling iron, and spiral your hair. Or even a set of steam rollers are sometimes a good thing,but don't use them to often, it can fry your hair. Or maybe a permanet to give you some body in your hair. Talk to a professional and they can definiately help you out.
