Hair cut for hair down to mid back...?

i want to get my hair cut in a few weeks. its down to my mid-back. i dont want to cut it so much as get a new style like layers or stuff like that but i dont know exactly what i want. any ideas?

You should get a lot of layers, the are very complimenting on shorter hair. plus it looks a lot better then just being plain Jane. after you get your haircut you should ask your stylist to blow dry your hair straight and have her flip out your ends.its a very chic and sophicated hairstyle
