Cute hair cuts for thick hair?

Does anyone have any good websites for cute in-style hair cuts? I have fairly thick hair and am trying to grow it out, its about to my shoulders currently. I am getting it trimmed or whatever this weekend and cant find anything helpful online.

Youre right about growing it, because it weighs the hair down and doesnt make it look so thick (yet still good). Short bobs are a no no, so maybe you could get subtle layers and a small side fringe (with it being thinned out too). When you grow it longer, continue getting the subtle layers and thinned out more towards the bottom.
