Yes, putting your hair up when it's wet is bad. Hair is most fragile when it is wet so it has a higher chance of breaking even the force applied is just a little bit more. Putting them in ponytail, can you imagine how much tension you are applying to you beloved hair. Furthermore, if hair is not let dry naturally, it's not healthy for your scalp. People tend to forget the fundamental of beautiful fair comes from a healthy scalp!

Nonsense. Full moon wont have anything to do with hair growing. It's so not scientific! Well, it's good to know the fact that hair actually grows the most at 11am(no matter what region you are in, because your biology clock is fixed).

Maybe you could do some massage to you scalp. Start from the crown of your head. It helps the blood circulation of the scalp (you could never underestimate the importance of scalp). When the cells at scalp have enough of oxygen and vitamins they tend to "work" better. Dont have a clue how to massage, you could just run your fingers through your hair, making sure they are purposely "brushing" the scalp. You could feel it even after just a few strokes.

When it comes to having beautiful, full hair my best answer would be henna. Make sure you don't use lemon or lime juice in your recipe when you make the henna as they can cause your hair to break if it's already weak. Rain water is usually acidic enough to get a nice colour out of the henna as well and won't harm your hair further. Try using the henna as often as you can it should thicken your hair and keep it healthy. If you don't want the red of the henna you may want to look for "neutral" or "colourless" henna. It will do as nice a job for your hair but without the colour. With the neutral henna you just have to mix it with tap water, this should be used as often as possible. If there are any skin problems on your scalp the henna or neutral henna will both help fight it. The last idea I have would be to take coconut oil and massage your head with it every night. Make sure when you're washing out the oil you're using a gentle shampoo, even better a henna shampoo. I wish you luck.
