Zac efrons hair cut?

I'm studying hairdressing at college and recently had a clients ask for a zac efron type hair cut, the thing is ive never cut a style liek his and wondering if any 1 can tell me how his hair is cut. ive seen picuters and tutors have told me he just has long layers. is this right?
