Getting Blair Waldorf Hair?

Imagine you have long dark brown hair and you want it cut/styled like Blair Waldorf's (off the tv show Gossip Girl). How would you phrase your request to the hairdresser. I am terrible and have no idea about hair cutting terminology :/ Does she have bangs/layers? This would be so much easier if I could find a perfect picture to show my hairdresser T_T

Bring in multiple pictures so your stylist can see all the views for it and figure out what she has and do it on you. Thats what theyre there for! Good luck!
